Aloha, and mahalo for stopping by Hokulani in Kailua's website. We are a residential condominium complex consisting of 144 units in 15 separate buildings. There are 140 two bedroom units and 4 one bedroom units. Hokulani was developed between 1989 to 1991 over approximately 5.3 acres.

Hokulani is located in one of Oahu's most beautiful and desirable small town - Kailua. It is a secluded , upbeat town with easy access to Honolulu and the rest of the Oahu. The Pali Highway, Interstate H-3, Kamehameha Highway, and Kalanianaole Highway all come to Kailua.

As you will see in the photo gallery, Hokulani is architecturally attractive but not complicated. It's property is conducive to harmonious family living, neighborly interactions, and it is perfectly situated for healthy outdoor living.

Condominium Association funds are closely budgeted by a volunteer Board of Directors, managed by a professional managing agency ( Touchstone Properties) and a resident manager (Jeramie Arend). A small professional staff handles the day to day upkeep and basic maintenance and improvements.
